Who am I?
An ever-learning woman of God, I live to know Jesus, to love Him, and to glorify Him. The prayer of my life is to be a woman after God’s own heart, living worthy of His calling and doing His will.
I am called as a worshiper and intercessor, seeking to be an extravagant worshiper of God, to lead others in worshiping Him, and to pray unceasingly in agreement with His heart.
- I long to be like Mary of Bethany, loving and worshiping God with all my heart, growing in love for Him and in His love for others.
- I pray to be one set apart like Daniel, living in purity and holiness through worship, prayer and seeking God’s face no matter what.
- I want to proclaim the Gospel like John the Baptist did, preparing the way for the Lord and for others to know Him and walk in the fullness of His Spirit.
- Above all else, I live to glorify God, to be conformed into the image of Jesus Christ, my Savior and Lord, to walk in His ways–the love, purity and humility of Jesus.
Through this blog I pray that you will be greatly blessed. I pray that God will encourage you in your relationship with Him and in living for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Prayer and Support
Melchizedek House of Prayer is praying for God to bring revival and 24/7 prayer and worship to the Asheville region. As an intercessor and worship leader, I am in need of your support. We desire to see the lost saved, the sick healed, and those in need served. Above all we desire to see God’s will done as we seek His heart and obey His Word in serving with Christlikeness.
We pray that you will pray God’s will for MZHOP and our region. Please pray for God’s Kingdom to come in our midst and donate only as the Lord leads you. (For tax deductible or recurring weekly/monthly gifts, contact me here.)

Trust in the LORD and do good;
Dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness.
Delight yourself in the LORD;
And He will give you the desires of your heart.
Commit your way to the LORD,
Trust also in Him, and He will do it.
(Psalm 37:3-5)

Worship Leader, eh…COOL! I’m a drummer in my church! I believe that a worship leader is a VITAL part of God’s interaction with a church body. Look at Psa 22:3 “But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.” I believe that in most cases like this, “Israel” can be interchanged with “God’s people” -meaning the body of Christ i.e. You and me, and every believer. So God inhabits the praises of believers! I firmly believe that getting into the attitude of praise prepares the heart and mind and sets the stage for the delivery of God’s Word; Therefore, being a worship leader is a HUGE responsibility, and is a person who needs a lot of prayer support, being, in my way of thinking a key point of enemy attack. Take care, God bless and keep you!
